Where we ship too
Medakacity only ship to the lower states of the Us. If you are in hawaii and want to order, Please contact us. We only accept orders from hawaii if you have a permit to import fish. Please contact us with your permit, product sku number, and quantity,and then I will send you
an invoice via email. PLEASE NOTE- Shipping cost may very if shipping to hawaii.
PLEASE NOTE- I only ship on Mondays and tuesdays to ensure fish arrive before sunday, for their safety. If weather conditions are under 32 degrees Fahrenheit or over 92 degrees Fahrenheit shipping may be delayed to the next business day. Federal holidays may impact shipping, item will be shipped the next shipping date.
DOA policy
We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee
If any fish from MedakaCity arrives DOA (dead on arrival).Please follow these instructions to be eligible for refund, or replacement.
•Contact us within 2.5 hours of the animals arrival, with 2 clear photos of the dead fish in the unopened bag(s).
• Then let us know if you would like refund or replacement. If replacement is not available, we will refund you. NOTE- Shipping charges will not be refunded; Buyer will have to pay for shipping charges for any replacement fish
